2011 Carnivals

Moorebank are looking for Association’s to take part in the 2011 Moorebank Association Carnivals, to be held on the dates below, at the Moorebank Liverpool Hockey Complex.

These carnivals are generally the last before the NSW State Championships. For planning purposes please submit your team nomination(s), at the latest, one week prior to the advertised date but earlier replies would be appreciated.

How to register

Team registration can be made electronically via the Nomination Form or by sending a hard copy of the Nomination form to Junior Club Carnival Convenor, Deb Ogilvie, at;

Cost

Entry fees are $200 per Team which includes an Umpire Levy of $100.00. If you supply your own umpire, the levy will be refunded at the end of the Carnival. Please note – the refund of the Umpire levy is conditional upon your Association providing an Umpire to officiate at each of the matches immediately following your matches. Umpires must NOT be players involved in the Carnival.

If Umpires are not provided, the levy will be used to pay volunteer Umpires.

Cheques (made payable to Moorebank-Liverpool District Junior Hockey Club) should be forwarded, along with a copy of the Nomination form, to reach the address above one week prior to the Carnival.

Draw

Rules covering the Carnival will be forwarded to you upon receipt of registration. Draws will be forwarded as soon as all registrations are received and processed. If your Association has any special requests (eg preferred Division), please indicate on the e-mail and/or Nomination form. All requests will be considered where possible.

On the day, full canteen facilities will be available, including a BBQ. You can also bring a picnic to share with your family in the surroundings of the complex or environs.
